Every Combat Fitness class is run like an exciting boxing match—without gloves. For 30-45 minutes, you punch, jump, lift, and kick using heavy bags and real equipment. What Happens If I Don’t Lose the Weight?
If you sign up to train with us, we assume you’d like to get in the best shape of your life. So if you come to 3 classes a week for 10 weeks, and you don’t lose 10 lbs., we train you for free until you lose 10 lbs…for up to 5 weeks. It’s simple. 10 lbs. in 10 weeks, or train for free.

After the 10 weeks, if you decide that East West Combat Fitness isn’t for you, there’s no obligation to continue.
